01. When does the warranty on my vehicle begin?

The warranty period begins on the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer or put into use, whichever is earlier. Learn more in your Warranty Information Booklet

02. How long is my vehicle warranty?

03. Is there a deductible for warranty repair?

There is no deductible for warranty repairs. Warranty repairs will bemade at no charge for parts and/or labor (except for batteries andtires, in which case you may pay certain charges). Any needed parts replacement will be made using genuine INFINITI or INFINITI-approved new or remanufactured parts.

04. Is towing covered by warranty?

If your vehicle is inoperative due to failure of a warrantied part, towing service to the nearest INFINITI Retailer is covered for first 48 months with unlimited mileage.

05. When I bring in my vehicle for warranty service, will there be a loaner vehicle available?

When you make an appointment and drop off your INFINITI for warranty service at participating Retailers, a complimentary INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle will be waiting. [*]

06. Who will determine if the repair on my vehicle is covered by warranty?

Take your vehicle to the nearest INFINITI Retailer. Once they have diagnosed the problem, you will be advised whether the repair is covered.

08. Can I get reimbursement for a warranty repair performed by a nonauthorized repair facility?

You can contact INFINITI Consumer Affairs at 1.800.662.6200 between the hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Eastern/Central/Pacific Time,Monday through Friday to determine if the cost of repair is eligible for reimbursement.

09. Can I modify my vehicle or add accessories not authorized by INFINITI?

If you install non-INFINITI after-market products on your INFINITI vehicle, you assume the risk that if you later present your vehicle fora warranty repair, the claim will be denied if the repair is determined to be necessary due to the non-INFINITI part/accessory or its installation.

10. Are scheduled maintenance services covered by the warranty?

As a condition of this warranty, you are responsible for properly using, maintaining and caring for your vehicle, as outlined in your Owner's Manual and your INFINITI Service and Maintenance Guide, and maintaining copies of all maintenance records and receipts for review by INFINITI. Failure to do so is likely to result in the denial of warranty coverage.

Evidence of the performance of the required maintenance should be kept and presented as proof of such maintenance in connection with related warranty repairs. To assist you in maintaining appropriate records, the Maintenance Log located in your INFINITI Service and Maintenance Guide can be used along with supporting repair invoices, receipts and other such records.

11. How often do I take my vehicle for service?
